Individualized Breath Centered Yoga Class

Soft spoken, Katherine will gently guide you through practices tailored to the individuals present. Discover the delicacy and subtlety of insight that comes when breath awareness and movement are linked.  Each phase of the breath; inhale, retention, exhale and suspension have unique characteristics.  Simple and effective movements deepen and lengthen each phase of the breath and provide an understanding of their qualities.
